Typical application of Navigator Vibratory stress relieving

  • Beijing Satellite Manufacturer Vibratory stress relieving work piece
    • Beam made of aluminum alloy: 2 meters long, width*thickness=120mm*140mm

In the past, the two ends of the beam warp after fine treatment, and error is huge. Now, all the above problems have been solved after using Vibratory stress relieving.

    • The pedestal ring (round) made of aluminum alloy has a diameter of about 3 meters, used TSR before, and now uses Vibratory stress relieving.
    • Aluminum board: length*width*height:  300mmˇÁ150mmˇÁ8mm

The distortion of the flatness after TSR fine treatment was 1.5mm before, technical requirement should be 1mm, and after using Vibratory stress relieving, it is now 0.7mm.

At present, the Beijing satellite factory has incorporated the Vibratory stress relieving into their formal technics and will apply it in the production of other work pieces.

The product has large size, and some parts have been their ultimate condition, unable to be processed through TVS; when the pedestal ring of cannon tower is being processed, the release of the stress will cause huge distortion and affect the processing accuracy. The effect of natural stress relief between procedures is bad, period is long. In reference to the above problems, the Vibratory stress relieving procedure is added after welding the automobile parts (before the fine treatment),  reducing the distortion of the rear axle aperture¦µ593H7  by 60% after fine treatment, and at the same time reducing the coping of the rear axle aperture. Then apply Vibratory stress relieving to 18 products, of the total 36 rear axle aperture on the left and right sides of the automobile, only one is running out after inspection, proved to be 94.4% of pass. The roundness of the pedestal ring is 100% qualified. The Vibratory stress relieving tech replaces the original tempering procedure.
