(B) Applied workpiece: casting & rough casting for printing machinery (C) Effect: Before, they used natural stress relief & thermal furnace. Although technical requirement could be satisfied by natural stress relief, It takes a long time (at least 1 year), occupy large capital & space, low work efficiency. The uneven temperature will cause new thermal stress by thermal furnace, and some treated workpiece can not reach the technical requirement. After treated by our Vibratory stress relieving, dimensional stability was improved; saved time (about 40Min), saved energy (0.3kwh for the whole process); saved cost up to USD 0.3million annually.
